Dating Over the Holidays

It doesn’t matter if you are single, dating or in a long-term relationship – dating over the holidays can put a strain on you and your significant other.  Here are a few basic tips from us so you can approach the holidays prepared and in the mood for love!

1 – Come out of Hibernation

If you are dating over the holidays, you may be tempted to put your search on hold and stop dating. This is a mistake; you should treat the winter as an opportunity to try something new and get out of the house.

2 – Release the Pressure

If you have started a new relationship or are just defining your relationship boundaries, maybe try to settle down over the holidays. Only invite a significant other to family or work parties if you are sure your relationship can withstand the pressure.

3 – Set a Gift Price Limit

Discuss your plans and expectations for gifts ahead of time, this way you can avoid any disappointment and stress on the day of.
